We have a large workshop at our Christchurch office and mobile technicians to visit your site.
WE REPAIR a wide range of audio visual makes and models
Fix OR Buy New – that is the question:
Often we get equipment in for repair and after a diagnosis we deem it to be “uneconomical to repair”.
What does this mean? We base this diagnosis on several things;
• Age of the equipment
• Availability and cost of parts
• Labour costs
• Reliability of the equipment after repair
Repaired equipment can sometimes be used a “spare” or “backup”; sold to staff for the price of repair or even donated to groups or clubs which may be in need.
New equipment has the advantage of warranties and keeping up with technology – budget allowing. But BEWARE of replacing an older but high quality unit, with a cheap (“on special”) replacement. These are generally domestic machines that lack image quality and solid construction (and/or backup and service).

Servicing / Parts
Fixing broken equipment such as microphone cables and speakers, quoting on projector lamps or bulbs, replacement microphone parts & clips.
Regular Maintenance
Three monthly site visits to check, clean and service major equipment – such as data projectors and DVD cleaning.
Service & Maintenance contracts available
Equipment Registers
Site visit documenting and checking all audio visual equipment, a report is then issued detailing findings and any recommendations. This can be arranged on a regular basis or booked as/when required.
Training
Individual or group training; from description and operation of basic audio visual equipment - from connection and placement of audio visual equipment to larger audio visual system set ups.
