Hybrid events are events that are held in person as well as broadcast online for others to view and participate in. Making your event a Hybrid Event is a powerful way to expand your reach and make your event as effective as possible. We deliver these events by enabling those viewing online to comment, respond to polls, ask questions, as well as enabling communication from attendees in the event space to those connected into the event online.
When we deliver a Virtual Event, this event is delivered exclusively online from our studios across the South Island.
We have two main areas of focus in delivering our virtual event, engagement, and ease of use.
We use a range of software to deliver our service. Presenters can use any video streaming platform they are familiar with, while we provide a custom interface for each client’s event with the opportunity for networking, branding and engagement while utilising dependable servers to ensure a safe and reliable connection.

Our experienced camera operators capture your event in the best detail possible using the latest video technology, lighting and digital microphones to help you share the moment.

Hybrid Conferencing
Hybrid conferencing lets you involve anyone in your event expanding your event engagement while reducing your carbon footprint
Online viewers can comment, respond to polls, ask questions, and we enable communication from those in the room with those online, whether they are a subject expert presenting, or the audience viewing.
We use a range of cameras, from miniature 4K cameras that can be discreetly placed, PTZ cameras that are remotely controlled, and studio and broadcast cameras used by experienced camera operators.
